Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 2025

We hope you love the products you purchase from us. However, if you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns on most unopened products postmarked within 30 days of the date your order was shipped.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

All factory seals must remain intact

The return must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment date

Products that are opened, used, or returned outside of the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund.

Restocking Fee

A restocking/processing fee may apply to returned products.
This fee will be deducted from your final refund.

How to Request a Return

Before sending your items back, you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Important Notes

Returns sent without a valid Return Authorization Number
will not be eligible for refund.

Products mailed to the incorrect address (including our office, warehouse, or clinic locations)
cannot be credited or returned.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned:

Opened products or those with broken seals

Digital or downloadable items

Event tickets, coaching programs, or services already provided

Gift cards

Final sale items noted at checkout
